We provide residential remodeling and handyman services including, but not limited to, drywall installation and finishing, interior and exterior painting, tile and custom shower installation, flooring and trim, and general residential handyman repairs. 3. Estimates & Pricing

We offer free in-home estimates. Any estimate provided is based on the scope and conditions observed at the time of the consultation. Final pricing may differ if the project scope changes, unforeseen conditions arise, or additional materials or labor are required. A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required before work begins. We do not guarantee that any estimate will remain valid beyond the period stated on the written estimate.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on completed installations, consistent with our standard policy. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, pre-existing conditions, third-party modifications, acts of nature, or materials supplied by others. Warranty service requests must be reported to us in writing within the warranty period. Specific warranty terms applicable to your project will be detailed in your service agreement.

5. Scheduling & Communications

When you submit an appointment request, you agree to provide accurate and current contact information, including a valid email address and phone number. You consent to be contacted by phone, email, and text message (SMS) regarding your appointment and project. Message and data rates may apply. 6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted methods of payment will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to additional fees as permitted by applicable law.
